Return and Refund Policy
- Terms of return (No returns are allowed due to sanitary concerns)
- Reason for return request (Damaged or wrong product will only be replaced)
- Process for return (Order replacements will require a case number as it's reported to the carrier by the recipient)
- Process of refund (Refund will require a case number as it's reported to the carrier by the recipient)
- Please make sure to refuse damaged or opened packages or immediately notify the carrier
- We will gladly replace orders after a claim is made and we've received images, tracking number and case number
